Job Summary
Glowing Digital is hiring a Meta & Google Ads Expert with proven agency experience to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in performance marketing, campaign optimization, lead generation, and eCommerce advertising while delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
- Develop paid media strategies to maximize ROI and ROAS.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets based on KPIs.
- Generate high-quality leads and scale eCommerce campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and bid optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Stay updated with the latest advertising trends and platform updates.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to improve campaign performance.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Agency experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager.
- Expertise in Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads.
- Experience in campaign setup, optimization, tracking, and reporting.
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and eCommerce campaigns.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications are an added advantage.
