Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven PPC Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in paid advertising and prior experience working in a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive measurable business growth for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and bid management
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize to improve ROI, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates
- Create compelling ad copy and coordinate with design/content teams for campaign creatives
- Implement A/B testing strategies for ads, audiences, and landing pages
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize campaign performance
- Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in PPC/Performance Marketing
- Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency is mandatory
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Good understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Pay: ₹30,690.35 - ₹70,192.33 per month
