RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting the sales team with preparing quotations, presentations, and proposals. Managing customer databases and sales records using ERP & Sales force.
Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients. Supporting market research and analysis.
Maintaining communication with existing clients and addressing their inquiries. Building and nurturing strong relationships.
Coordinating sales activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking sales progress, and managing sales-related documentation.
Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities. Analysing competitor activities and market conditions.
Generating sales reports and providing insights to management as per timelines.
ROLES
Participate in regular meetings. Prepare an activity plan.
Proven experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in a related industry.
Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and manage client relationships.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other departments.
Maintain Records in Excel of all the offers sent and updating against the PO.
Follow up with customers for Orders / Payment / despatches / others.
