As an Associate, you will be an early team member at RISE, contributing across operations, strategy, marketing, and partnerships. This role provides hands-on 360 exposure to a fast-growing startup and requires a strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
➔ Student Experience & Operations – Track and support student journeys to ensure smooth program execution and engagement.
➔ Partnership Development – Build and maintain relationships with counselors, schools, and academic institutions to expand the network.
You’re the ideal candidate if you have:
➔ Education & Admissions Knowledge – IB/ICSE/CBSE background with a basic understanding of international university admissions.
➔ Operational & Communication Skills – Project management, attention to detail, and strong written/verbal communication.
➔ Technical Skills – Proficiency in Canva, Excel, MS Office Suite, and experience managing teams.
➔ Adaptability & Global Exposure – Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup, with international academic or professional experience.
