Job Title: North Indian Kitchen Assistant (F&B Production)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to support the North Indian kitchen team in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs in the preparation of North Indian dishes.
- Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables, meats, and other ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstations.
- Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients.
- Assist in receiving and organising kitchen supplies.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and willingness to learn.
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
Experience: 1–2 years preferred
Pay: ₹14,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
