Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent guest experience, and manage the service team efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and service standards
- Supervise captains, stewards, and service staff
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth service flow
- Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Control inventory, breakage, and operational costs
- Support banquet and event dining operations when required
Candidate Requirements
- 4–7 years experience in hotel/restaurant operations
- Minimum 2 years in supervisory or managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and guest-handling ability
- Knowledge of restaurant SOPs and service standards
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
