Role Overview
OKNA is looking for an HR Manager to manage recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, HR operations, and organizational culture. The candidate will play a key role in building strong teams, streamlining HR processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling both strategic HR functions and daily HR operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, factory, technical, CRM, and management roles.
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Build hiring pipelines and maintain recruitment databases.
Employee Management
- Handle attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment.
- Conduct induction and employee engagement activities.
HR Operations
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
- Maintain employee performance records and appraisal systems.
- Coordinate salary processing and payroll support.
Training & Development
- Identify training requirements across departments.
- Coordinate skill development and team-building initiatives.
- Support managers in improving employee productivity and performance.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain HR reports, MIS, and employee databases.
- Coordinate with administration for office and staff management requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recruitment, employee management, and HR operations.
- Good knowledge of HR software, MS Excel, and documentation processes.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or architectural industries.
- Exposure to handling blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
