Calling & Communication
- Make outbound calls to potential customers/students from provided databases
- Handle inbound calls professionally and resolve queries
- Explain products, services, courses, or offers clearly
- Follow approved calling scripts and communication guidelines
Lead Generation & Follow-up
- Generate and qualify leads through calls
- Schedule appointments, counseling sessions, or follow-ups
- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads
- Update call outcomes accurately in CRM or tracking sheets
Sales / Admissions Support
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
- Support the sales/counseling team in closing leads
- Provide correct information regarding fees, procedures, and documentation
Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate call records and customer details
- Submit daily call reports and follow-up status
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance
Quality & Compliance
- Maintain call quality and professional etiquette
- Address customer/student concerns politely
- Escalate complex issues to the Team Leader when required
Key Skills & Competencies
- Good communication skills (English + local language preferred)
- Persuasive and confident speaking ability
- Active listening and objection-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Google Sheets)
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Qualifications
- Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling / Customer Support / Sales
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
