Job Description – Design Engineer
Location:Alkapuri, Vadodara, Gujarat
Salary:CTC: ₹18 – ₹25 LPA
(Based on experience, technical skills, and interview performance)
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Design Engineer with strong structural engineering fundamentals and interest in Post-Tensioning technology. The candidate should be capable of interpreting architectural and structural drawings, performing structural analysis, and supporting project execution through efficient design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review structural design calculations and drawings.
- Perform analysis and design using STAAD Pro and ETABS.
- Develop detailed engineering models and design documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams.
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes and standards.
- Support post-tensioning design and detailing activities.
- Participate in technical discussions and project planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Basic understanding of structural design concepts.
- Interest or experience in Post-Tensioning technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and understand architectural & structural drawings.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Required Software Knowledge
Preferred Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in structural design engineering preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
