AI Automation & Web Systems Specialist

Job Overview
We are looking for a technically skilled and resourceful professional to support website systems, automation workflows, reporting, and digital operations.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable inspecting code, troubleshooting technical issues, working with automation tools, and using AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude to research, debug, improve, and complete technical tasks efficiently.
Detailed project and client information will be shared only with shortlisted candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot websites and digital systems.
- Inspect and modify existing code when required.
- Build, test, and maintain automation workflows.
- Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools for coding, debugging, research, and documentation.
- Work with data, spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports.
- Test completed work and identify technical issues.
- Support integrations between different online platforms.
- Research solutions independently and implement them carefully.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all company, client, and project information.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of WordPress, websites, and hosting.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or databases.
- Experience with automation tools, APIs, or webhooks is preferred.
- Strong ability to use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools productively.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.
- Good written English and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and handle multiple responsibilities.
Preferred Experience
2–4 years of experience in website development, technical operations, automation, AI-assisted development, or a related field.

The selected candidate may be required to sign a confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement before receiving access to internal systems and project information.
Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
