Shift Window: Day shifts only, maximum shift ends by 9:30 PMWhy this is a good opportunity:This is an omnichannel customer support role, where you may get exposure to customer service through calls, emails and other support channels.The role is primarily an inbound customer support process. It is not an aggressive sales role and there is no product selling involved. The focus is on helping customers, resolving queries and delivering good service.The role also offers a 5-day work week. Weekly offs may be rotational and not necessarily fixed Saturday-Sunday.There are no late-night shifts. The operational window is between 9:30 AM and 9:30 PM, and the maximum shift ends by 9:30 PM.This is a good opportunity for freshers and early-career candidates who have good communication skills, a service mindset and willingness to learn.Since Malhir is expanding its customer service operations, good performers can grow into senior customer service, team handling or operations roles over time.
Ideal Candidate:
- HSC or Graduate
- 0–2 years of experience
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
- BPO / customer support experience will be an added advantage
- Comfortable working from office in Thane
- Willing to work in rotational day shifts
- Good English communication and customer service orientation
Pay: ₹10,429.74 - ₹34,182.49 per month
