We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and ensure efficiency across departments. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and prior experience in a manufacturing company. The role involves managing processes, improving productivity, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with multiple teams to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities of the organization.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor production, logistics, inventory, and supply chain processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, quality, maintenance, and HR teams.
- Ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and resource optimization.
- Analyze operational performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Manage vendor and client relationships related to operational activities.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise operational staff and department teams.
- Handle operational challenges and implement corrective actions promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA or relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in operations management.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in manufacturing companies.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and process improvement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
