What you'll do
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads for hospitality clients (hotels, restaurants, travel brands)
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to hit cost-per-booking and ROAS targets
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking, pixels, and reporting dashboards
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and landing pages
- Coordinate with the content and design team to brief campaign assets
- Report performance weekly to clients with clear, actionable insights — not just vanity metrics
- Stay on top of platform updates and apply new features before competitors do
What you bring
- 06 Months – 01 years of hands-on paid media experience (agency experience preferred)
- Track record managing real ad budgets with measurable ROI
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4
- Comfortable with numbers — you can read a dashboard and know what to fix
- Bonus: experience with hospitality, travel, or local service businesses
- Bonus: familiarity with OTA platforms (MMT, Booking.com, Agoda)
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
