Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers, providing guidance and support throughout the design and development process.
- Project Management: Coordinate project timelines, ensuring that all mechanical systems and components meet performance, cost, and schedule requirements.
- Design Oversight: Oversee the design and development of mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers, conducting performance reviews and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Innovation: Drive innovation in mechanical design and development, identifying opportunities for process optimization and improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma
- Experience: Proven experience in mechanical design and project management, with a strong background in leading engineering teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AUTOCAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and familiarity with FEA tools and product lifecycle management systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
