Job Title: EMI Manager(Loan Manager)

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and structure competitive EMI plans, interest rates, and repayment tenures for various loan products.
- Approve or recommend loan amounts and EMI structures that match the borrower’s repayment capacity.
- Track daily EMI bounces and initiate immediate follow-up protocols.
- Develop strategies for loan restructuring, settlements, and legal escalations for chronic defaulters.
- Ensure all loan provisioning, documentation, and recovery practices comply with central bank regulations and local lending laws.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for management on collection efficiency, bounce trends, and recovery forecasts.
- Address complex customer grievances regarding interest rate changes, missed deductions, or foreclosure charges.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 5+ years of experience (Retail)
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of retail lending products, amortization schedules, and banking payment systems.
- Strong knowledge of credit risk analysis and debt recovery regulations.
- Proficiency in Loan Management Systems (LMS) and advanced Excel.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
