The HR Head will serve as a strategic business partner, responsible for driving the organization's people strategy, culture transformation, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. The role will focus on strengthening human capital, enhancing performance frameworks, building a high-performance culture, and aligning people practices with business growth objectives.
This position requires a strong leader capable of integrating Strategic HR Planning, People & Culture, Organizational Development, and HR Business Partnering into a unified people agenda.
Key Responsibilities (JD)1. Strategic HR Planning
- Develop and implement the overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with leadership to support long-term workforce planning and business growth.
- Drive manpower planning, succession planning, and organizational capability building.
- Establish HR frameworks, policies, and governance structures.
2. People & Culture Development
- Build and sustain a strong, values-driven organizational culture.
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and recognition strategies.
- Develop initiatives that strengthen employee experience and workplace satisfaction.
- Promote collaboration, accountability, and performance ownership.
3. Organizational Development (OD)
- Design and implement organizational development interventions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Evaluate organizational structures and recommend improvements.
- Drive competency mapping, role clarity, and leadership capability development.
- Lead change management and business transformation initiatives.
4. Performance Management
- Build and strengthen performance management systems.
- Develop KPI/KRA frameworks across departments.
- Ensure effective goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development planning.
- Create performance-driven accountability mechanisms.
5. HR Business Partnering (HRBP)
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on people matters.
- Support department heads in workforce planning, team structuring, and capability enhancement.
- Provide insights on employee performance, productivity, and team effectiveness.
- Align HR interventions with departmental and business priorities.
6. Talent Acquisition & Leadership Hiring
- Develop talent acquisition strategies for key and leadership roles.
- Strengthen recruitment processes and employer branding.
- Ensure quality hiring and onboarding excellence.
7. Learning & Development
- Identify capability gaps and implement structured learning interventions.
- Build leadership development programs.
- Drive continuous professional development across functions.
8. HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee HR operations, payroll coordination, employee records, and policy administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Maintain governance, policy discipline, and risk management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
