Vinayak Jewellery India Private Limited is looking for an experienced Computer Operator to join our team in Sitapura, Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in good understanding of the Gold Silver Jewellery
Requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, invoices, purchase orders, and dispatch details.
- Verify data accuracy before entering into the system.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly ERP reports.
- Coordinate with production, inventory, accounts, and e-commerce teams.
- Handle barcode, SKU, and product-related data entries.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing records.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
- Support administrative and backend operations when required.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Jewels ERP software.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience in Jewellery Industry preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory or stock management will be an added advantage.
