- Provide personalized counseling to students as an Overseas Student Counselor, helping them choose the right country, university, and course based on their academic profile and career aspirations.
- Guide students through the complete overseas education journey as an Overseas Student Counselor, from initial inquiry to successful enrollment.
- Assist students in preparing and submitting university applications while ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted within deadlines.
- Explain admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, visa regulations, and immigration procedures as an Overseas Student Counselor.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Coordinate with partner universities and international admission teams to track application status and secure admission offers.
- Maintain accurate student records and update all interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly counseling, application, and enrollment targets while delivering an exceptional student experience.
- Conduct career guidance sessions, seminars, webinars, and educational events to promote overseas study opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions by providing professional and ethical counseling services.
- Stay updated on international education trends, university admission policies, visa requirements, and immigration guidelines relevant to an Overseas Student Counselor.
- Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to generate quality leads and improve conversion rates.
- Provide pre-departure guidance, including accommodation, travel, orientation, and documentation support.
- Ensure every student receives timely, accurate, and professional assistance throughout their study abroad journey as an Overseas Student Counselor.
