- Develop and Implement Quality Standards:
Establishes and enforces quality standards, procedures, and specifications to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Lead Quality Assurance and Control:
Oversees quality assurance and control processes, including testing, inspection, and evaluation of products and processes.
Identifies areas for improvement, implements corrective and preventive actions, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
- Training and Development:
Trains and mentors’ staff on quality standards, processes, and procedures.
Collects, analyses, and interprets data related to quality performance, generating reports and making recommendations.
Ensures compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality management systems.
