About the Role:
Walmond Realty Dart Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales Executives to join our growing real estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a career in sales and real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide information about available properties.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, follow-ups, and CRM management.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
Follow up regularly with leads to drive conversions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream)
0–1 year of experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or real estate sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
What We Offer:
