Compensation
- ₹50,000 In-Hand + PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Yearly Bonus (60,000 CTC)
- Travel Allowance (TA) & Daily Allowance (DA) as applicable
Eligibility
- 3–5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing (Gynaecology, General Surgery, Physicians, ENT, Gastroenterology) or Healthcare/Oncology Marketing (preferred)
- Any Graduate
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, NGOs, and community partners to generate referrals.
- Promote oncology services through CMEs, medical camps, awareness programs, and patient engagement activities.
- Coordinate with consultants to organize educational programs and strengthen outreach.
- Expand referral networks, develop the assigned territory, and maintain marketing activity reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
