We are a premium photography, videography, and content production studio based in Rajouri Garden, Delhi. We work with brands, influencers, creators, podcasts, fashion labels, and businesses to produce high-quality visual content.
Job ResponsibilitiesTelecalling
- Call leads generated through Meta Ads, Instagram, and other marketing campaigns.
- Explain our services and studio packages to potential clients.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into bookings.
- Maintain lead records and update customer information.
- Coordinate with clients regarding shoot dates, payments, and requirements.
Social Media Management
- Reply to Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Manage daily messages, comments, and customer queries.
- Schedule and publish social media posts.
- Assist in creating engaging captions and maintaining content calendars.
- Coordinate with the creative team for regular content updates.
Administrative Tasks
- Maintain customer database and daily reports.
- Support the team with basic office coordination.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with existing and new clients.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident in speaking with customers over phone.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business.
- computer skills (MS Office/Google Sheets).
- Well-organized, responsible, and professional.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or social media management is preferred but not mandatory.

- Friendly and persuasive communication.
- Ability to handle multiple conversations professionally.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
