Job Title: Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage company social media platforms and maintain regular posting schedules.
- Create engaging visual content, static posts, reels, and social media creatives.
- Create and edit videos, including AI-generated videos, UGC content, and motion graphics.
- Plan and manage social media content calendars.
- Conduct competitor research and analyze industry trends.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements.
- Create content ideas to improve engagement and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and viral content strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Social Media Management /
- Relevant experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Content Creation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
- Experience with visual content creation, static posts, and video editing.
- Knowledge of AI tools for content and video creation will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of motion graphics and UGC content creation.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to research competitors and identify content opportunities.
- Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
