Job Summary
Agile Soft Systems, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives (L1) to join our growing support team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound customer support calls, assisting customers with basic technical and service-related inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
This position requires excellent English communication skills and the ability to work night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer support calls professionally and courteously.
- Provide first-level support and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Record and document customer interactions accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Follow company processes, guidelines, and service standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate software applications.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Previous customer support, call center, or help desk experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Graduate or undergraduate candidates may apply.
