ROLE PURPOSE
As a Fashion Consultant cum Designer/Stylist at Narov, you are not merely a salesperson—you are a curator of experience and a custodian of the brand. You will play a pivotal role in driving performance while delivering an elevated, personalized, and unforgettable client journey.
You will embody the spirit of Narov through every interaction, ensuring that each client engagement reflects sophistication, authenticity, and excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience before, during, and after each sale
- Build meaningful and lasting relationships by understanding client preferences and anticipating future needs
- Develop and nurture a strong client portfolio to drive repeat business and long-term loyalty
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
- Style clients with precision—creating timeless, versatile, and personalized silhouettes
- Represent the brand with authenticity, elegance, and professionalism in all interactions
- Leverage available tools and systems to maximize business opportunities
- Collaborate seamlessly with front and back-of-house teams to ensure operational excellence
- Uphold the highest standards of brand image, grooming, and store presentation
- Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Proven experience in delivering high-end, client-centric service—preferably in Men's luxury fashion or accessories.
- A refined sense of personal style with a deep appreciation for fashion and craftsmanship
- Strong business acumen with a results-driven and entrepreneurial approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport
- A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- Comfortable with digital tools and quick to adapt to new technologies
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and the local language, with strong verbal and listening skills
- Open to change, with a mindset focused on growth and continuous development
- Must have experience in luxury brands and should be based in Delhi NCR

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
