HR Operations & Data Management
- HRIS maintenance: Manage cloud-based HR systems, tracking leave, attendance, and logs.
- Asset management: Track the allocation and return of corporate assets like laptops, ID cards, and access tokens.
- Payroll input preparation: Consolidate monthly reimbursement claims, leaves, and variable bonuses for the finance team.
- Attendance tracking: Monitor schedules, biometric logs, overtime hours, and attendance.
- Welfare activities: Organize annual health check-ups, festival celebrations, and employee recognition events.
Corporate Communication & Employee Relations
- Professional writing: Draft company-wide emails, policy updates, and executive announcements.
- Onboarding presentations: Deliver polished orientation sessions and introduce corporate culture to new hires.
- Query management: Respond promptly and professionally to employee emails regarding leaves, benefits, and policies.
- Exit procedures: Coordinate full and final settlements, clearance forms, and exit interviews.
Labor Compliance & Legalities
- Statutory compliance: Maintain registers for Factory Act, PF, ESIC, and minimum wage laws.
- Audit preparation: Keep all employee documentation audit-ready for government labor inspectors.
- Safety coordination: Partner with safety officers to ensure PPE distribution and accident reporting compliance.
Office Administration & Facility Management
- Vendor & procurement: Source, negotiate, and manage contracts for corporate office supplies, snacks, office stationery, pantry items, uniform sets, and first-aid supplies.
- Space management: Maintain meeting room schedules, seating layouts, and overall office aesthetics.
- Travel desk: Coordinate flights, hotel bookings, and cab arrangements for travelling executives and clients
- Facility upkeep: Oversee housekeeping teams to maintain cleanliness across shop floors and office blocks.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of HR and admin experience.
- Software: Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Skills: Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Administrative & Operational Skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
