ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Expert who can take full ownership of Hike's online presence. You will plan and execute data-backed marketing strategies, manage paid campaigns, grow our organic channels, and deliver measurable business impact. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and execute the end-to-end digital marketing strategy
- Plan, run, and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns Drive organic growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Manage SEO strategy — on-page, off-page, and technical Set up and manage email marketing and automation workflows
- Track and report KPIs: ROAS, CPL, CTR, CAC, and LTV Conduct A/B tests on creatives, copy, and landing pages
- Coordinate with content and design teams on campaign assets Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
- Manage and optimise monthly ad budgets efficiently
Pay: ₹10,047.28 - ₹41,060.99 per month
