Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and supervise the real estate sales team
- Set monthly and annual sales targets and ensure achievement
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
- Train, mentor, and evaluate sales executives
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and site visits
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
- Handle high-value clients and close key deals
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with leadership experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
