Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong networking abilities, and experience in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
- Create and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and company career pages.
- Source candidates through databases, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment records.
- Conduct reference and background checks as required.
- Manage offer negotiations and support the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for multiple functions and levels.
- HR certification is an advantage.
- Familiarity with labor laws and hiring compliance requirements.
