Job Description:
The Sales Intern – Business Development will support the sales team in lead generation, client outreach, and sales operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on exposure to B2B sales within the real estate consulting domain.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in lead generation through research, cold calling, and outreach
· Support in managing inbound enquiries and initial client communication
· Schedule meetings and coordinate with prospects
· Assist in preparing presentations and proposals
· Maintain and update CRM records accurately
· Track sales activities and support reporting
· Assist in handling email enquiries/responses.
· Support in management of email/social media campaigns.
· Assist in follow-ups and coordination for deal closure
· Support collection tracking and documentation
· Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution
Key Performance Indicators (KPIS):
· Number of leads generated
· Outbound calls and outreach activity
· Meetings scheduled
· CRM data accuracy
· Support in conversion pipeline
· Timely task completion
Skills & Competencies:
· Basic understanding of sales and business development
· Good communication skills (English & Hindi; Marathi preferred)
· Familiarity with MS Excel and PowerPoint
· Willingness to learn CRM tools
· Strong organizational and time management skills

Additional Information:
· Training: Comprehensive training will be provided for all job functions, including sales
techniques, CRM management and internal procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree
· Interest in sales, real estate, or consulting
· Prior internship experience is a plus but not mandatory
Internship Details:
· Duration: 6 months (extendable based on performance)
· Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
· Joining: Immediate / As per availability
Compensation & Benefits
· Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
