Mandatory Hiring Criteria
- Proven B2B outbound cold calling experience exclusively in the US market.
- Strong understanding & prior experience selling IT services(Cloud, Custom App Development, Product Engineering, Digital Transformation, Data & Analytics, Gen AI)
- Candidates from companies offering services similar to Aezion or our competitors will be highly preferred.
- Must have hands on experience of Focusing into Industry we cater as a company.
- Experience qualifying prospects using the BANT methodology.
- Strong prospect research skills with the ability to personalize cold call pitches and handle objections effectively.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Automated Dialers.
- Strong understanding of the Sales Cycle from qualifying the prospect till booking 1st level discussion meeting by following the qualification criteria.
- Excellent verbal communication, cold calling confidence, discovery, and consultative selling skills.
- Comfortable with high call volumes and skilled at navigating gatekeepers to reach decision-makers.
- Proven ability to consistently make 60-80 outbound calls per day while maintaining call quality.
- Majorly, candidates should have proven experience in consistently booking qualified meetings with the defined ICP and achieving the meeting targets assigned to them.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
