Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various sales channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to booking closure.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive client experience.
- Maintain records and update customer interactions in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales and customer engagement.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Real estate sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
