Osaka Furnishings is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our wide range of premium furnishing products, including curtains, upholstery, blinds, wallpapers, and home décor solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with product selection and furnishing solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their needs and budget.
- Generate quotations, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate clients.
- Conduct site visits when required to understand project requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain product knowledge, including fabrics, blinds, wallpapers, and furnishing trends.
- Coordinate with the operations and installation teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service.
- Maintain customer records and update sales activities in the CRM or sales register.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in retail, furnishing, interior, home décor, or related sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits when required.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of curtains, upholstery, blinds, wallpapers, and interior furnishings.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Strong presentation and closing skills.
