Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Interior 2D Draftsman & Estimation Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed interior drawings, BOQs, cost estimates, and project documentation for residential interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical drafting skills, estimation knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with designers, vendors, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Interior Drafting
- Estimation & BOQ Preparation.
- Documentation & Coordination.
- Evaluate and compare quotations to prepare final costing sheets.
- Assist the design and execution team by providing cost-related inputs during project planning.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding costing clarifications and project budgets.
- Maintain updated knowledge of market rates, materials, and industry standards.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to estimation and costing.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field..
- Experience:2–3 Years of relevant experience in Interior Drafting, BOQ Preparation, and Project Estimation.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Strong Vendor Management skills
- Excellent Client Communication abilities
- Strong understanding of residential interior materials, finishes, and construction practices.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks
