We are looking for a Business Operations Manager who can analyze business operations and help business to grow. This role focuses on decision-making structure and overall business performance.
Required Experience & Skills
- 5–10 years of experience in business operations.
- Ability to analyze operational issues and recommend structured solutions
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making ability
- Good Excel and reporting skills
An MBA in Management or Operations is preferred but not mandatory. Practical exposure and structured thinking are more important.
