Job Summary
The Senior Holiday Expert is responsible for achieving sales targets by promoting and selling holiday packages to prospective customers. The role focuses on customer acquisition, conversion of leads, relationship management, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound holiday sales inquiries.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide accurate information regarding destinations, itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, and travel requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth booking and service delivery.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide timely support throughout the sales process.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify sales opportunities.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and sales initiatives as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in holiday sales, travel sales, or a similar customer-facing sales role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Pay: ₹18,435.23 - ₹30,000.00 per month
