About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Telecaller Sales Team Leader to lead our student counseling and sales team. If you have experience managing telecallers, motivating teams, achieving sales targets, and improving conversion rates, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Telecallers/Student Counselors.
- Assign daily calling targets and monitor performance.
- Train new team members on sales scripts and objection handling.
- Conduct daily team huddles and performance reviews.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective students.
- Monitor CRM updates and maintain accurate lead records.
- Improve team conversion rates through coaching and mentoring.
- Coordinate with the marketing team regarding lead quality.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Achieve individual and team admission targets.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Team Leadership.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, Training, or Internship sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
