About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their furniture needs, and driving sales while ensuring a great in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable furniture products
- Demonstrate product features, quality, and benefits
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain showroom presentation and product display
- Handle billing coordination and basic documentation
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales/customer handling
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a retail showroom environment
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Preferred Skills
- Interest in furniture, home décor, or interior styling
- Prior retail or sales experience (not mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge
