Business Development Executive (BDE)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert leads into site visits and bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested buyers.
- Present project details, pricing, payment plans, and amenities to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales and site visit targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process until closure.

Qualifications:
