We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations in our steel production facility. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in steel manufacturing, production planning, quality control, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production operations and achieve production targets.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Implement safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams.
- Optimize production costs and resource utilization.
- Lead and supervise production staff and shift teams.
- Prepare production reports and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
- 5–10+ years of experience in steel manufacturing/steel processing industries.
- Experience managing production teams in steel plants, rolling mills, fabrication units, or related operations.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and safety standards.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
Pay: ₹25,340.26 - ₹35,292.42 per month
