Job Summary
We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to manage the front office and provide administrative support. The candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, handling calls, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- Maintain visitor records and entry registers.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, letters, and parcels.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and stationery inventory.
- Support HR and Administration teams with basic administrative tasks.
- Manage emails and respond to general inquiries.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and handle front desk operations efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
