Job Title:- Manager-Service
Specific Knowledge:- Machines Installation & Commissioning, After Sales Service, Maintenance, troubleshooting of machines & handling spares parts sale.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Investigating and solving customer's problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants
- Handling customer complaints or any major incidents, such as machine failure and implementation of parts
- Ensure timely and trouble free installation and commissioning of machines
- Developing customer service procedures, policies and standards for organization and departments
- Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service
- Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service
- Interaction with customers regarding Spare parts enquiries, orders, delivery and payments
- Receiving, processing and disseminating spare parts orders and amendment
- Overall responsibility for developing and implementing innovative marketing and sales strategies for spares, in all with the overall business plan
- Redressal for customer complaints and getting feedback
- Submitting spare sales reports (Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually) to the management
- Ensure timely delivery of spares and tracking customers for the recovery of payments against the spare parts sales
Skills & Competencies:- After Sales Service, Customer Handling, Customer support, Service Engineering, Project Management, Training Skills, Motivation Skills, Mechanical Engineering, Sales, Negotiation.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- B. Tech. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Regular) with 7 to 12 years of relevant industrial experience in core servicing role.
