- Proactively reach out to potential B2B client inbound and outbound calls and other channels to generate sales leads
- Understand client needs and effectively communicate product/service value.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies
- Maintain accurate records using CRM Software
