Position: RPA Developer
Experience: 5-8 Years
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions using industry-leading tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or equivalent automation platforms.
- Build reusable automation frameworks and components to improve scalability and reduce delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze manual processes and translate them into automated workflows.
- Integrate RPA solutions with .NET applications, APIs, and databases for seamless automation.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance .NET-based applications as part of digital transformation and automation initiatives.
- Provide production support for existing automation and application solutions, resolving issues and implementing enhancements.
- Evaluate new automation tools and emerging technologies, create prototypes and proofs of concept, and recommend adoption strategies.
- Establish and promote best practices, coding standards, and automation methodologies across development teams.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in C#.NET, Visual Studio, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere).
- Good understanding of SQL Server/Oracle, JavaScript.
- Experience in integrating automation solutions with APIs, web services, and databases.
- Familiarity with source control tools such as TFS or Git.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, especially for automation and integration challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities in an English-speaking environment.
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Knowledge of client-side scripting, AngularJS 2+
- Hands on experience in RPA - UiPath
- Good command of all .Net frameworks (Enterprise Library, Unity)
- Experience with SSRS, WCF, Entity Framework, nHibernate, BitBucket, GitHub will be added advantage.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
