Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling beverage dispensing equipment, ensuring product quality, maintaining production efficiency, and adhering to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble beverage dispensing equipment as per engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
- Ensure proper fitment of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components.
- Conduct functional testing and quality checks of assembled units.
- Identify and troubleshoot assembly-related issues.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality, and Design teams for process improvements.
- Maintain daily production records and report deviations.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce defects.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Good understanding of mechanical assembly processes.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Hands-on experience with tools and assembly equipment.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or equipment assembly (preferably in beverage, refrigeration, or dispensing equipment industry).
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
