We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales for our ERP solution in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate should be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, following up on leads, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to generate and qualify leads.
* Follow up with prospects and close sales opportunities.
* Schedule product demos and client meetings.
* Understand customer requirements and present ERP solutions accordingly.
* Maintain lead records and sales activities in CRM.
* Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, or ERP Sales.
* Prior experience working with ERP solutions such as Odoo, ERPNext, SAP, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Comfortable making a large number of calls and handling lead follow-ups.
* Strong sales aptitude with a target-driven approach.
*Preferred:* Experience in Renewable Energy, Solar, EPC, Manufacturing, or related industries.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
