HR Executive – HR Operations (2+ Years Experience) - Females only
Location: Thrissur, Kerala
Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR Operations

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, selection, and onboarding.
- Create and manage job postings on major recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
- Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle leave and attendance management.
- Assist with payroll and salary processing.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations.
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, leave and attendance management, and payroll processing.
- Experience using recruitment/job posting platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and similar portals.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Language Requirements
Candidates should be proficient in:
- Malayalam
- English
- Tamil
- Hindi

- Candidates currently residing in Thrissur or nearby locations will be preferred.
