About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic educational leader to join our academic team as a Senior Coordinator / Deputy Academic Head – Primary Years Programme (PYP). The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in international curricula and a proven track record of leading and managing primary-level academic programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and implement the Primary Years Programme curriculum in alignment with international standards and best practices.
- Provide instructional leadership, training, and mentoring to teaching staff.
- Oversee day-to-day academic operations to ensure effective programme delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain curriculum quality and academic excellence.
- Monitor and enhance student learning outcomes and teacher performance.
- Support curriculum development, assessment practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience within Primary Years Programmes (PYP, CIPP, or other international curricula).
- Previous experience in an academic leadership, coordination, or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, motivate, and support teaching teams.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
