Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and creative Sales cum Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Kozhikode. This is a full-time, on-site role that combines sales and digital marketing. The ideal candidate should be confident in achieving sales targets while also managing the company's online presence through engaging digital content.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive business development activities.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, tele-calling, and lead generation.
- Sell broadband connections, telephone lines, and digital products to business customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos, reels, and other marketing content.
- Design posters, creatives, and promotional materials for online and offline marketing.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence by increasing reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Stay updated with market trends and digital marketing strategies to support business growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales (mandatory).
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or graphic design is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar design/video editing tools is an advantage.
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Ability to achieve monthly sales targets while managing marketing responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates residing in or near Calicut/Kozhikode are preferred.
Pay: ₹10,213.24 - ₹20,000.00 per month
