Job Title: Sales Executive – Paper Printing IndustryJob Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the Paper Printing Industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales, customer relationship management, and business development. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing customer accounts, promoting printing solutions, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Paper Printing industry.
- Promote commercial printing, offset printing, packaging printing, label printing, book printing, brochure printing, catalogue printing, and other printing solutions.
- Visit potential customers, understand their printing requirements, and recommend suitable products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with the Production, Planning, Design, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of customer orders.
- Follow up with customers regarding order status, repeat business, and feedback.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer visit reports, CRM updates, and sales pipeline records.
- Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings to promote the company's printing products and services.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage).
- 2–3years of B2B sales experience in the Paper Printing, Commercial Printing, Offset Printing, Packaging Printing, Label Printing, or Publication Printing industry.
- Strong knowledge of printing products, paper grades, printing processes, finishing techniques, and packaging applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.
